Kathie is the National Civic League’s director of operations and finance. In this role she manages administrative, financial, and human resources operations. She has a number of years of experience in a corporate environment as a Business Process Improvement consultant and National Director of Organizational Development. After recognizing a need for flexible childcare, she established a center that offered care on an hourly basis. She owned the center for 15 years until recently selling it.
Kathie also has engaged in numerous volunteer activities, including serving on several non-profit board of directors.
Kathie grew up in New Jersey and has lived in Chicago, Bentonville, Arkansas and has been in Denver since 2019.
