Emma Wisniewski is a voter and civic education professional with experience in policy, outreach, and advocacy. From 2018-2024 she developed, coordinated and executed Spread The Vote’s multi-state voter education program, including materials for incarcerated eligible voters, and her current work is focused on civic education materials that help people understand how their state and local governments function. As a policy researcher with the Project ID Action Fund, she consulted on legislation at the state and federal levels, advocating for increased access to IDs and other vital documents for veterans, unhoused and low-income families, returning citizens, and other marginalized populations. Before transitioning into the nonprofit world, Emma had a career in the entertainment sector, working as an actor, playwright, director, and teaching artist in NYC and regionally.
