Irica oversees state and federal public policy issues and our corporate social responsibility. She has more than 25 years’ experience advising principals and external constituencies, directing policy formulation and execution, and guiding message development. Prior to joining MissionSquare, Irica held a variety of leadership roles for corporate and trade organizations and served as staff on both sides of the political aisle in Congress and the Administration. She holds degrees from Syracuse University and George Washington University.
