Attendees learned about key topics leaders need to pay attention to at the local level to fortify democracy. Leaders from Fort Collins, Colorado and Minneapolis, Minnesota did a deeper dive on three of the focus areas–equity and inclusion; youth disengagement and activation of next generations; and next-level engagement.
