A mayor, public affairs leader, strategic facilitator, and law partner were elected to the National Civic League’s board of directors at its last regular meeting. Maia Comeau, President, Comeau & Company; Barbara Halliday, Mayor of the City of Hayward, CA; Rita McNeil Danish, Esq., Partner, Taft Law Firm; and Monte Roulier, President & Co-Founder, Community Initiatives Inc. were each elected to a three-year term.
Additionally, a new slate of board officers were elected.
The National Civic League board of directors is made up of 22 civic leaders from around the U.S. and meets three times each year to help lead the 125-year-old organization.
