Attendees heard about Rochester, New York’s Community Task Force on School Climate and Muncie, Indiana’s Whitely Neighborhood and Schools Within the Context of Communities program. Presenters were Eva M. Zygmuntm, Professor of Early Childhood, Youth, and Family Studies at Ball State University; and Rosemary Rivera, Co-Executive Director of Citizen Action of New York and The Public Policy & Education Fund.
