Madison, WI on Becoming 100% Renewable and Zero Net Carbon

The City of Madison recently passed a new resolution calling on the city to become 100% renewable and zero net carbon. Solar will play a significant role in achieving this goal. The SolSmart program provided a process for Madison to re-examine how we do solar with the goal of looking for opportunities to make solar even easier to implement!
