Across the country, men and women are tirelessly working to improve health outcomes for those most impacted by health disparities. Together with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the National Civic League is proud to honor individuals working to achieve health equity by leveraging community engagement. Winners of the Award winners receive a $3,000.00 prize, and national recognition at All-America City Award and an invitation to participate in Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Health Equity Award annual learning.
