In honor of the National Civic League’s 125th Anniversary, we are interviewing descendants of some of the League’s founders. Mike McGrath, director of publications at the League, interviewed Kermit Roosevelt, great-great-grandson of Theodore Roosevelt. Theodore Roosevelt was one of the founders of the National Civic League back in 1894.
The two discussed Roosevelt’s legacy, what he’d think about our country today and issues such as immigration, technology’s influence on politics and the supreme court.
