All-America Stories Video Contest

The All-America Stories video contest is underway, and we have some really great entries, ten to be precise. You can visit the All-America City You Tube channel (link here) to view all ten of the videos. I will add individual links to the videos later in the post.

You can vote for your favorite video by watching it on You Tube and clicking the “like” icon on the lower left hand side of the screen. The most likes will be the 2013 All-America Stories winner.

A note: Some communities have pointed out that you have to have a Google (Gmail) or You Tube account to use the “like” function.  If you don’t have one, You Tube will give you the opportunity to sign up for an account. It only takes a few minutes. But understandably, not everyone will want to do that.

So we have decided to add a new category to the video contest, Most Viewed. If you are not able to “like” the video of your choice, go ahead and watch it, and we will count the views. If the video with the most views is not the same as the most liked we will give a certificate to the winner of most viewed and most liked.

Anyway, these videos are well worth your time, so here are the individual links.

So take a look and see the great entries in this year’s video contest. We’re off to a great start. The voting will end  June 15 and the winner and most viewed videos will be announced at the All-America City celebration Sunday, June 16.
