Lee R. Feldman, ICMA-CM Retired, is the Senior Advisor for Local Government Strategy at Zencity and a Principal with the Euclid Group. He has over 36 years of local government service and served at the city manager of North Miami, Palm Bay, Gainesville and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He graduated from Washington and Lee University and earned a Master’s Degree in Governmental Administration from the Fels Center of Government at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was recognized as a Distinguished Alumni Fellow. He is a graduate of the Senior Executive in State and Local Government program at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. In 1028 he was elected a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration. He is a past president of ICMA and currently serves on the boards of the National Civic League and Leading Cities.
