Elevating Libraries as Civic Spaces

During this webinar, attendees learned about the American Library Association’s initiative, “Libraries Transforming Communities,” which has provided libraries opportunities to learn the skills of facilitating community conversations with help from the National Coalition for Dialogue and Deliberation. We then heard about North Liberty Library’s community conversation series, Lighthouse in the Library.
