The Panel meeting was co-hosted by Sandy Vargas, President & CEO of The Minneapolis Foundation, and Carleen Rhodes, President & CEO of The Saint Paul Foundation and Minnesota Community Foundation. Funding for this project is from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation.

A growing number of community foundations are discovering that community engagement is a vital element of their work and are yearning to learn more. As a result, CFLeads has launched the Cultivating Community Engagement Project to help strengthen communities across the country by encouraging community foundations and other local philanthropies to support people from many backgrounds and different sectors to come together to jointly address their common concerns.
